SHERRY KUDLACEK, BA SOC.Executive Assistant Sherry graduated from Lakehead University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology in 1992. She has a strong background in administrative and executive support. Sherry works closely with the management team supporting the daily operations of the corporate office, provides support to the field staff, assists with the investor relations, marketing and community engagement programs, oversees the land management portfolio and is our website webmaster. Prior to joining Mega, Sherry spent the previous 9 years working with the Canadian Diabetes Association, assisting the Regional Director, fund development and volunteer development programs. Her professional background includes experience in office management, facilitation, bookkeeping, project management, volunteer management, emotional intelligence training, health and safety, event planning, cultural sensitivity training and customer service skills. Sherry has been with Mega Precious Metals since June 2008 (Skybridge Development Corporation).

ROSS QUIRIE, C.I.M.Logistics & Project Manager Ross is currently working in the role as Logistics and Project Manager for the Monument Bay Project. Ross has extensive experience in Management, Logistics, Purchasing, Marketing, project management and working with the First Nations Communities. Ross has key experience in dealing with isolated camps and the need to build a robust team in a challenging environment. Ross has > 20 years of experience in supply chain/logistics with companies such as The North West Company, Sobeys, and Westfair Foods. This experience is complemented with project management exploration/ mining experience from Campbell Mine - Placer Dome.

SEAN BUTLER, P.GEO.Project Geologist Sean began working in mineral exploration in 1980. He graduated from the University of BC with a Bachelor of Science in Geology in 1982. Sean has managed exploration projects from grassroots through to drilling and underground exploration. His project experience has been in BC, the Yukon, Manitoba as well as the United States, Mexico and Peru. In addition, he has worked as a geologist in both underground and open pit mines. He has experience exploring for gold, silver, lead, zinc, copper and tungsten. He started with Rolling Rock Resources in 2008 and continued on with the Manitoba projects following Mega Precious Metals’ acquisition of Rolling Rock Resources. In 2008 he was the geologist on the drill program on the Domain project. Sean has lead the geological team at Monument Bay during the 2011 drill program. He recently received training in Gemcom GEMS drill hole data software and was part of the team that modelled the Monument Bay zones for the mineral resource. Sean is a Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of BC.

NIKOLAY BASHAEVGeologist Nikolay was born and raised in Uzbekistan which is one of the post Soviet Union countries. He graduated from Tashkent State University with Bachelor of Science in Geology in 1998.

JOE MAGNOTTAGeotechnical Services Joe has been working in the exploration geology field since 2005. His career began with Detour Gold where a variety of skills were developed in the areas of fieldwork, core splitting, and geotechnical services. Joe then continued his skill development with Noront Resources providing technical services in the areas of mapping and core logging. Joe is a passionate and driven team player with a thirst for knowledge and is looking forward to additional training under Mega’s experienced geological staff.

HILLARY DISBROWEGeotechnical Services Hillary has been working within mineral exploration since 2003. She started with Bema Gold Corp. at the Monument Bay project working in different areas of geotechnical services, such as core splitting, core teching, core orientation, soil sampling and data entry. Hillary knows the project area very well and is now on the Mega Precious Metals geological staff, supporting the program including core logging and learning more in the field of geology. Hillary looks forward to a long term career in the mining industry with Mega Precious Metals. |

JESSE dOERKSENMechanical Services Jesse comes to Mega Precious with a passion for all things mechanical. His first major purchase as a young teenager was a welding set. Jesse graduated from Red River Community College with certification as an automotive technician. He has worked in the automotive field as well as the communications arena with M.T.S. as a site installation technician. Jesse has other skills that are an asset to the project such as heavy equipment operator, welder, equipment designer, carpenter, and small motor mechanic.Jesse also has his certification as an Emergency Medical Responder. We are excited to have Jesse as part of the team as he has demonstrated the ability to maintain critical equipment at site with the minimum of downtime.

ROB HAWKESMedical Services/Safety/Camp Managment Rob Hawkes is no stranger to the Monument Bay property having worked for Bema Gold as a Camp Manager/Medic from 2003-2005. Rob has been instrumental in keeping safety as a priority for all personnel, contractors and staff working at the site. Rob’s work history began as an EMT or Emergency Medical Technician in Gimli and Winnipeg Manitoba. Rob has an extensive resume with advanced EMT certification from the United States (Commonwealth of Pennsylvania) as well as being a Canadian Red Cross Instructor since 1992. Rob has 10+ years of experience working in Mineral Exploration with Midwest Drilling and Rodren Drilling. He has remote site exposure with such locations including Portugal, Greenland, and Northern Canada. We are excited that Rob has instituted training programs at the Monument Bay site for local aboriginal staff in WHMIS and First Aid.

RALPH LLOYDCamp Manager Ralph began his working life as an entrepreneur developing a business “keeping” bees. This vocation developed into a business rendering beeswax and led to the creation of a candle manufacturing business with in excess of 50 employees. Ralph then sold this business and spent time renovating various properties. Ralph has a love of the outdoors and coupled with his wide variety of skills such as construction, plumbing, electrical, and heavy equipment operation he is a great fit for the project. Ralph has also worked as a camp manager for fishing lodges and outfitters in remote locations which has given him extensive exposure to working with aboriginals in the north.

Paul MalegusProject Geologist Paul received a B.Sc. majoring in Geology from the University of Manitoba in 2011. His work experience includes logging, sampling core, mapping, and managing drills. Paul has worked for a mining company in Flin Flon, MB where he worked for the exploration department looking for copper and zinc by drilling geophyisical targets. Also he has worked for an exploration company exploring for gold in Bissett, MB with duties that included mapping and collecting samples from the field. Lastly he worked for a mining company in Wabowden, MB where he logged core for a Nickel deposit. Paul is currently a GIT with APEGM. |

DANNY RIVARDProspector/Geological Tech Danny has been working within mining exploration for more than 30 years. His career was developed by his father who was also a prospector and instructed Danny on geology from a very young age. He is a true “gold bug” and has a knack for finding it. Danny has worked with various exploration techniques and has work experience with Noramco Exploration, Noranda Exploration, Wolfden Resources, Rubicon Minerals and Red Star Gold Corporation to name a few. He is a self-starter and has excellent bush skills as well as hands on skills with practical measuring, recording and evaluation of all types of geological data. Much of Danny’s time has been spent in the Red Lake Area and as such he is a welcome addition to the Mega team as he will drive value with positive results on our Red Lake properties. |
