James Rogers

Mr. Rogers is a registered Professional Geoscientist (Ontario) with over 30 years’ experience in the Canadian mining industry. Jim was most recently the Regional Exploration Manager of Goldcorp Inc. in the Red Lake Camp. Jim was awarded the CIM Professional Proficiency metal in 1988 when he was Chief Mine Geologist at Dickenson Mine, predecessor to the current Red Lake Gold Mines. The first exploration drill holes into what ultimately became Goldcorp’s High Grade Gold Zone were drilled on Jim’s watch. While at Eskay Creek Mine as Chief Geologist, Jim was part of the team that received the E.A. Schultz Award for Mine Development. |
Ewan S. Downie

Mr. Downie is President and CEO of Premier Gold Mines Limited. His career was highlighted in 2007, by the $367M acquisition by Zinifex Limited of Wolfden Resources, a successful company which Ewan founded in 1998. Mr. Downie was the recipient of the prestigious PDAC "Bill Dennis Prospector of the Year" award for being a part of the team that discovered the West Zone deposit at High Lake. Wolfden Resources was the recipient of the 2004 NWOPA "Discovery of the Year" award for the discovery of the East Bay gold deposit, and again was honoured in 2005 for the discovery of the Bonanza gold deposit, in the burgeoning Red Lake gold camp. Mr. Downie also serves as a Director for the following publically traded companies: Newstrike Resources, Source Exploration, Benton Resources, PC Gold, Mega Silver Inc., and Marksmen Capital. |

Abraham Drost

Mr. Drost is a registered Professional Geoscientist (Ontario) with twenty five years' experience in the Canadian mining industry. He has a Masters degree in Mineral Exploration (1987) from Queen's University and brings considerable success in discovery, finance and mineral project development as current Chairman of Premier Gold Mines USA, Inc. and Premier Royalty Corporation, wholly-owned subsidiaries of Premier Gold Mines Inc. (PG:TSX), former President and Director of Sabina Gold and Silver Corporation (SBB:TSX), former President and Director of Sandspring Resources Inc. (SSP:TSXV), Director of Mega Precious Metals Inc. (MGP:TSXV) and Director of Source Exploration Corporation (SOP:TSXV). Prior to this, Mr. Drost was a consulting geologist to industry and with the Mines and Minerals Division of the Ontario Government. |

Michael Sweatman

Mr. Sweatman is a Chartered Accountant (British Columbia & Yukon) and principal of MDS Management Ltd., a Vancouver-based management consulting company founded in 1992. He currently serves as a Director and Chief Financial Officer of Lions Gate Metals Inc.(LGM-TSXV) and is a Director of Mega Uranium (MGA-TSX). Mr. Sweatman has over 20 years of experience in public company management during which time he has served as a director or officer of several TSX and TSX-Venture listed companies Since May 2006, Mr. Sweatman has been a Director and Audit Committee member for Brownstone Resources Inc (BWN). Mr. Sweatman, obtained his CA designation in 1982 and is a member of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants of both British Columba and the Yukon Territory, he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Commerce in 1982 from Simon Fraser University. |
Richard Patricio

Mr. Patricio is Vice President, Legal and Corporate Affairs at Pinetree Capital Ltd., one of Mega Precious Metals’ major shareholders. Mr. Patricio previously practiced law at a top tier law firm in Toronto and worked as in-house General Counsel for a senior TSX listed company. Mr. Patricio is a lawyer qualified to practice in the Province of Ontario. Mr. Patricio is also a director of multiple companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. |
