Mega Precious Metals Inc. (MGP:TSX-V) ("Mega") is pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange has approved its application to graduate to Tier 1 of the TSX Venture Exchange. Mega will commence trading as a Tier 1 issuer on Monday, February 22, 2010. In connection with the graduation, Mega has filed on SEDAR a revised technical report with respect to its Blue Caribou Property in the Kitikmeot Region, Nunavut entitled "Technical Report on Inferred Resource Estimate on the Blue Caribou Property, Kitikmeot Region, Nunavut" prepared by G.A. Harron & Associates Inc.
